The connection between good mental health and nature has been long known. Its scientifically proven time and time again that the more time we spend immersed in nature, seeing blues and greens, has a positive impact on our brains and health, and has a huge part to play in healing past trauma, moods, depression, stress, anxiety and so much more. 

It's important to establish or rekindle our bonds with nature, and why not start this with our children. They are the future carers for this planet and its important to teach them that if nature is nurtured, it can support them in their health physically and mentally.
